How long is my rental?
Standard rentals include 3 hours of setup, 5 hours of event time, 1 hour of breakdown. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of 250/hr for set up and 500/hr for event hours or breakdown.

What is the capacity?
We can host up to 260 guests for a seated dinner with dancing. 

Can I provide my own caterer?
We require renters utilize one of our Exclusive Catering partners. 

Can I provide my own alcohol?
Absolutely - but it does have to be served by your caterer. Last call is 30 minutes prior to event end time. 

Where do my guests park? 
Valet is included for events under 200; additional attendants are required for larger events and will be billed to the client once final guest count is determined.

Do you have any getting ready spaces? 
We have two spaces available starting at the beginning of your rental period. You'll have access to them throughout the entirety of your event.

Can we rehearse on site? 
1 hour of rehearsal time is included, with timing to be confirmed at your final walkthrough. Rehearsals are held Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30, based on availability; rehearsals outside of this timeframe can be purchased for an additional fee.

Do you require liability insurance?
Yes! We'd recommend Event Helper or Wed Safe - we'll need a copy no less than 30 days prior to your event.  

Do you require a wedding planner? 
We don't, but highly recommend one. Take a peak at our Preferred Vendor list for some of our favorites. 

What is the pricing structure? 
60% deposit at signing, balance due 60 days prior. We accept checks, ACH transfers, and credit payments; all electronic payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. 

What furniture is included? 
150 black resin chairs, 10 cocktail tables, 3 36" bistro tables, 2 48" squares, 10 60" rounds, 2 72" rounds, 2 6' banquet tables, 1 5' housemate sweetheart table, and 8 8' housemade tables.  Additional items available to rent include a semicircle house made Ash bar and a live edge Ash bar, and 12 strands of cathedral style bistro lights.
